Chef de Partie

We are looking for a skilled cook who has a keen palate for flavour. Duties will include preparing, cooking and assisting the Sous Chef with plating and managing the pass.

Hours:
The kitchen will operate from 11:00 until 21:30 from Monday to Saturday. Shifts will be from 09:00-16:00 and 16:00-23:00.

Sculler/Cleaner

We are looking for a handy sculler and cleaner to manage the flow of dishes in the kitchen, keep all areas clean and report on cleaning stock.

Hours:
Shifts will be from 09:00-16:00 and 16:00-23:00.
